Ah, My Co-host Coffelord asked this question on the podcast and it seems that we are not the only ones asking that to ourselves.
Anaalius asked himself the question too and hits the mark with his latest post.
The same goes for Cold with his post on why he makes gold.
And last but not least my blogsphere buddy Zekta awnsered the question with flair! Have a look at his post!
Though we all have different yet similar reasons to make gold in the game, we are compelled by the Auction house, it’s our mistress. The thing that can smack us in the head when we make a wrong buy or love us gently when we claim our gold.
Have you awnsered the Question yet? If not, here’s your chance! send me a mail at seth.onecopper AT gmail DOT com with a post, or just link your thoughts right here in the comments!
Auctioneering is not just music it’s a way of life!… oh wait that’s something else…
carry on…
Edit: McRaffles has also written a post containing his urge to make gold, as an extra he gave a fair and very well written review of our podcast. Thank you McRaffles!

A quick list of what I play reguraly:
-WoW
-EVE
-Fallout 3
- since I got a 10day free trial: Fallen Earth
This list is waaay to big. I have a full time job and university to keep up so I really can’t support 4-5 games at the same time. Now I don’t want to put Fallout 3 off yet, though there is a big chance It’s getting replaced by FE (<3 this game) so that would mean I had 3 MMORPG's to fit in my Schedule.. 3!
We all know that 3 is too much so one needed to be cut. And the cut was WoW or EVE. I’ve been struggling for the last week orso what to cut, but in the end the *insert profanity* with EON magazine gave way for my choice.
I stopped playing EVE. And will continue playing WoW and FE. So that means I’ll probably yet again go forward with the blog! Now I got great news today too, I’m accepted in a Top10 raiding guild in our server, which means I’m completely “psyched” again about WoW. Hopefully it will help me to go out and find some half-wacked, psycho money making scheme.
so whats happening:
- The blog continues…
- Daily updates will return to the blog
- B2B will return after almost a month of nothingness
- Talking with some people to get a podcast out (again)
- A new video will appear on the blog and on the YouTube Channel.
- maybe a new lay-out (depends on what you think)
Now go and read the title again, I’ll wait.
I told you, you would be happy

I got this great question asked to me Saturday.
“if you are against socials, why do you blog? since blogging is sociall?”
Now this is true blogging, or at least blogging for your readers = social. But there is more to blogging, or at least my blogging.
There is a quite simple explanation that is important enough for me to write about:
If I blog, and I have about 1000 readers a day. (250 over feed, 750 visiting the site) that are a possible 1000 people that will shed from the social and leeching life. with every post I write, I have a chance to make the group of sheep (M&S) smaller. which that I’m actually not paying for them anymore.
To make my ramble a bit clear, I blog to stop the social, sheepish and M&S movement. I blog so “Goblins” can make gold over the sheep’s back. I blog in the hope that somebody, anybody, sees the error in their non-employed life. etc etc.
Seth, leeching the sheeps since 1988.
Don’t let the Sheep cost you, make money on them! Shed your sheepskin and join the Wolfpack of Goblins, read One-copper.com!
omg… I’m really going to stop here, Fever ain’t good for writing.
grtz
Seth
